Travelled with my child, overall the hotel was brilliant! Room was ideal and cleaned. Generally everything was very comfortable, even so the bathroom was old. The weather was warm sunny, had outstanding stay.

Some people working there were horrendous.

The venue was scenic, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the location was unbeatable right by highway and Banff's downtown. Beautiful units with even a dishwasher. All the employees were helpful and smiled at me. There was lots of food for breakfast, everything was great.

Very good check-in and late check-out, plus the staff was THOROUGH. There was an inviting bar with very efficient service. The location was decent, just next door to downtown as well as Banff. .
